The Shilla Beauty Outlet Clearance Sale
The Shilla Beauty Outlet’s Clearance Sale happening from 17 to 25 August 2020 is an exclusive closed group sale.
Please note that all products sold have a minimum shelf-life of 6 months, and no refund/exchange is allowed.
Making a purchase
1. Are the prices GST-free?
For this closed group exclusive sale, all the prices reflected on the products are GST/tax-free.
2. How do I make a purchase?
To shop at The Shilla Beauty Outlet:
- To add items in your cart, click on “ADD TO CART” for the item you wish to purchase
- To change the quantity of the item, select the quantity by clicking on the arrow or typing out the quantity you would like
- To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page
- Review your order at the Cart Page. Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘ CHECK OUT’
- Fill in all necessary details for your shipping details (we do not deliver to PO BOX), click on ‘Continue to shipping’
- Verify your contact information & shipping address. Once it is verified, choose the shipping method and click on ‘Continue to payment’
- Under the Payment section, enter your card details (only Visa and MasterCard are accepted) to make payment and proceed to ‘Complete order’
Once order has been completed and the transaction is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.
3. What happens after my order is confirmed?
Once you receive the order confirmation email, we will be working hard to fulfill your order. You should receive a shipment confirmation email from us within 4 – 6 working days, when we have passed your parcel to our delivery partner. The email will include a tracking number for your reference.
4. Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
Once an order has been confirmed, amendments and cancellation are prohibited. Please ensure that you review your order/s before proceeding with payment.
Should you wish to purchase additional items, kindly make a new order on The Shilla Beauty Outlet.
5. Can I earn Changi Rewards points from my orders?
Unfortunately, any orders through The Shilla Beauty Outlet will not be entitled to Changi Rewards points as this is an exclusive closed group sale.
6. Why are products on sale and are products safe for use?
Stocks sold via The Shilla Beauty Outlet are safe for use. Stocks are sold at a lower price for varying reasons such as high stock inventory and/or near expiry.
Returns/Exchanges
Am I eligible for an exchange or a refund? How do I submit a request?
No, all products sold during The Shilla Beauty Outlet’s Clearance Sale from 17 to 25 August will not be entitled for a refund/exchange.
All sales made are final.
Payment
1. What payment modes does the site accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards only.
2. How do I make a payment?
After you checkout, you will be directed to a payment page to enter you card details before you proceed to confirm you order. Once your order has been confirmed, your payment will be processed. If the transaction if successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Delivery Information
1. What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
- We deliver throughout Singapore except for restricted areas.
- We offer free delivery for orders above $250 nett.
- A delivery fee of $7 is charged for orders below $250 nett.
- Delivery occurs from Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 10pm.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not. Shipping is only available throughout Singapore except for restricted areas.
3. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days after you receive a shipment confirmation email from us. It will take between 1 to 3 working days for the parcel to be delivered from our delivery partner to the designated address.
4. I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately via email at cs.sg.shilladutyfree@samsung.com with your Order #, name, contact number, and your payment receipt and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
5. What should I do if my order has not arrived?
For all missed deliveries or non-delivered orders, you can contact us at cs.sg.shilladutyfree@samsung.com with your Order #, name, contact number, payment receipt and a short description.
